Do I have to choose a spa before the showroom opens?
No. Your access request starts a personal consultation. We will help you compare qualifying Sundance® models, seating, hydrotherapy, finishes and delivery timing before you decide.
Does every Sundance® Spa qualify for $3,000 off?
Savings vary by model and package, up to a maximum of $3,000. Exact pricing and eligibility will be confirmed during your consultation.
Is True Water™ the same thing as a saltwater system?
No. Salt systems generate chlorine from dissolved salt. True Water™ uses oxygen-filled nanobubbles and does not require salt. Availability varies by spa model.
What does VIP membership for life include?
Founding customers receive ongoing member pricing on select water-care products, filters and spa essentials for the life of the spa, plus priority access to eligible TBD owner events and offers.
When will the first truck arrive?
Arrival and delivery timing will be shared as allocations are confirmed. Your consultation will include the most current timing for your selected model.
